This paper aims to explore the narrow and broad interpretations of the principle "Mu Yu Da Zhi" based on the theory from the Yellow Emperor's Medical Classic, combined with Professor Ruan Shiwei's clinical insights. It analyzes the composition, efficacy, and precautions of the Liver-Regulating Decoction, dissects the relationship between "Mu Yu Da Zhi" and the Liver-Regulating Decoction,and includes a medical case to illustrate Professor Ruan's clinical experience in applying this formula.
