    文晟的《本草饮食谱》是一部特色鲜明、价值突出的清代食疗专著。该书以《黄帝内经》理论为宗,通过“法遵《内经》,立论有本”确立食疗理论框架;以“广择食材,熟稔性味”构建食材认知体系;以“注重食忌,节度中和”强调食疗的关键原则;以“间附食方,简便效廉”展现其实践路径,构建了一套从理论到方法的完整食疗体系,体现了文晟将经典医理与日常饮食相融合的学术成就,对当代中医食疗的理论研究及实践应用具有重要参考价值。

    Abstract:

    WEN Sheng's Ben Cao Yin Shi Pu is a specialized work on dietary therapy of the Qing Dynasty with distinct characteristics and great value.Based on the theories of The Huangdi Neijing, the book establishes its theoretical framework of dietary therapy by "abiding by the principles of Neijing and setting arguments on a solid foundation"; constructs a cognitive system of food ingredients by "selecting a wide range of ingredients and being familiar with their nature and flavor"; emphasizes the key principles of dietary therapy with "paying attention to dietary taboos and advocating moderation and balance"; and demonstrates its practical approach by "attaching supplementary dietary prescriptions that are simple, convenient, effective and economical".It has built a complete dietary therapy system from theory to method, demonstrating WEN Sheng's academic achievement of integrating classic medical theories with daily diet, and thus holds significant reference value for the theoretical research and practical application of contemporary Traditional Chinese Medicine dietary therapy.
