Abstract:Abstract:Objective Exploring the innate endowment characteristics of patients with cerebral infarction based on the theory of five movements and six climates, and the correlation between the incidence of cerebral infarction and the distribution differences of various attributes of five movements and six climates on birth date. Methods Collect the birth dates of 1368 stroke patients who visited the Neurology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1, 2013 to November 30, 2023, and conduct statistical analysis on the distribution characteristics of the five movements and six climates attributes of each stroke patient's birth date to summarize the innate endowment characteristics of stroke patients.Result There were certain differences in the distribution of the heavenly stems, earthly branches, dominant circuit, dominant qi, and circuit qi among patients with cerebral infarction of the birth date, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Among them, The distribution of heavenly stems of the birth date is highest in the year of Jia and lowest in the year of Yi . The distribution of earthly branches of the birth date is highest in the year of Mao and lowest in the year of Zi. The distribution of suiyun of the birth date with the highest number of people in the year of water circuit and the lowest number in the year of gold circuit. The distribution of dominant circuit of the birth date with the highest number of people in the excessive earth (Tai Gong) phase and the lowest number in the excessive fire (Tai Zheng) phase. The distribution of dominant qi of the birth date with the highest number of people in the Yang Ming dryness-gold phase and the lowest number in the Shao Yin monarch-fire phase. The distribution of circuit qi of the birth date with the highest number of people in the year of Shunhua and the lowest number in the year of Suihui. Conclusion The innate endowment characteristics of patients with cerebral infarction are as follows: Jia of the heavenly stem, Mao of the earthly branch, water circuit of the suiyun, excessive earth phase of the dominant circuit, insufficient fire phase of the guest circuit, Yang Ming dryness-gold of the dominant qi, Jue Yin wind-wood of the guest qi, Shao Yang minister-fire of the sitian, Jue Yin wind-wood of the zaiquan. Moreover, there is a certain correlation between the incidence of cerebral infarction and the characteristics of five movements and six climates on birth date, such as the heavenly stems, earthly branches, dominant circuit, dominant qi, and circuit qi.
