Objective To analyze the text records of Professor Zhang Minjian's outpatient medical records in andrology by using data mining method, to explore the rule of his drug use in the treatment of andrology diseases, to study the clinical characteristics of famous doctors, and based on Professor Zhang Minjian's academic thoughts, to explore the academic inheritance characteristics of Professor Zhang's drug use in the treatment of andrology diseases. Methods From July 2020 to May 2021, 2560 valid data (number of patients) of male outpatient outpatient medical information management system of Fujian Provincial People's Hospital were collected, with a total of 219 flavors of drugs. Java programming was used, combined with regular expression and Gephi0.9.2 software. K-core analysis method was used to analyze the frequency of drugs, the frequency of four gases and five tastes. Conclusion Through data mining analysis, it is found that Professor Zhang's common prescription ideas are based on the liver as the treatment, and the principle of "liver controls genitals" and "five elements produce grams" is used to treat the eight methods of treating the liver: soothing the liver for Qi, clearing the liver for dampness, soothing the liver for heat, soothing the liver for pain, warming the liver for dispelling cold, soothing the liver for removing blood stasis, soothing the liver for strengthening the spleen, and nourishing the liver and kidney for male diseases. The above suggests that Professor Zhang Minjian's empirical method of distinguishing the basic characteristics of prescription drugs for the treatment of andrology diseases is the inheritance and development of classic andrology prescriptions.
