To carry out bibliometric and visual analysis with the theme of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction, and to explore the development status and research hotspots of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in recent 20 years. Methods:Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction,as the key word,was searched in the CNKI、Wanfang、VIP、CBM (January 2001 to December 2020).NoteExpress (NE) was used to analyze the duplication and frequency of relevant literature. CiteSpace V software is used to analyze the co-occurrence of authors, institutions and keywords, and draw the relevant visual knowledge map. Results:a total of 614 effective literatures were included. Through visual analysis, the main research teams, research institutions, core journals and clinical application related diseases in the research field of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction were found. Conclusion:The visual maps initially show the development trend the research hotspotsand in this field.Clinical study and injured nerve repair are the research hotspots in the field.In the future, we can screen out the core targets of drug diseases in combination with modern medical scientific research technology, and more fully tap the pharmacological and pharmacodynamic effects of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction, so as to provide basis for clinical medication.
