Abstract Objective To study the Influence of Shenxiong glucose injection integrated benefitsin patients with acute ischemicin different stag(6-72h,theEarly group， and 72h-7ds，the Late group) . Methods 120 patients with moderate acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. For each group，they were randomly divided again into treatment group and control group for 30 patients per group. The control group received standard basic treatment only, and the treatment group received basic treatment plus Shenxiong glucose injection course. NIHSS scores before and after treatment were observed, combined with mRS scores and brain imaging changes to compare the total effective rate, and the incidence of side effects of treatment compared. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the early and late treatment groups (P>0.05), but significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of side effects in the early treatment group was significantly higher than that in the late treatment group (P<0.01).Conclusion The total effective rate of Shenxiong glucose injection in promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis could be improved for the two-stage of acute cerebral infarction, but the incidence of side effects of 6-72 h was significantly higher than that of 72 h-7ds group.
