This paper summarizes Professor Li Yingcun"s experience in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands by purging liver and regulating qi and blood. Professor Li believes that the main cause of encephalopathy is liver failure, qi stagnation and blood stasis, and milk collaterals are blocked. Therefore, liver regulating qi and blood method is used to treat breast hyperplasia. This article takes Professor Li"s application of Dunhuang prescription Da Xiegan decoction combined with the treatment of wind deficiency and emaciation prescription in the treatment of encephalopathy.
