Abstract:Objective: To explore the potential mechanism of DIANDAOMUJIN POWDER in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods: Firstly, obtaining the main chemical composition of MUXIANG and YUJIN through the database of TCMSP and screening of the active ingredients of traditional chinese medicines according to the ADME .Secondly, acquiring ideal disease targets through Genecards, OMIM, TTD and DRUGBANKD databases. Thirdly, The network diagram of "drug-component-target" was constructed by using the software of Cytoscape, and the network diagram of target protein interaction was constructed by using the string database. The biological processes and pathways of target points of drug disease intersection were analyzed by David database .Results: the core active components of DIANDAOMUJIN POWDER in the treatment of coronary heart disease were sitosterol, beta-sitosterol ,Syrigin, naringin, etc. the core targets were NOS3, PTGS2, JUN, MAPK1, CAT, NR3C1, SOD1, ESR1, MAPK14, etc. The biological pathway of the treatment of coronary heart disease with DIANDAOMUJIN POWDER mainly acts on the interaction pathway of neuroactive receptor ligands, calcium signaling pathway and estrogen signaling pathway. Its function is mainly to regulate the life activity of steroid receptor. Conclusion: This study preliminarily revealed the multi-component, multi-target, multi-channel mechanism of DIANDAOMUJIN POWDER on treating coronary heart disease, and provided the a basis for the clinical treatment of DIANDAOMUJIN POWDER.
