Abstract:Objective: To analyze the acupoint selection rules in acupuncture treatment of constipation after stroke by data mining. Methods: The randomized controlled trials regarding acupuncture for constipation after stroke published from January 2010 to March 2021 were retrieved from databases of CNKI, VIP, Wanfang, PubMed and EMbase. A database was established by using Excel 2003, and analyze acupuncture treatment of the disease with acupoints frequency, distribution of meridians, specific acupoint, location selection and clustering. Acupoints association rules were analyzed by Apriori algorithm. Results: Among the 124 prescriptions included, Tianshu and Front-mu acupoint were selected with the highest frequency, the most frequent meridian was the Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming, and the acupoints were mainly distributed in the abdomen. Tianshu and Zusanli were relatively independent and targeted, association rule analysis showed that Tianshu-Zusanli had the highest degree of support. Conclusion: Acupuncture is effective in the treatment for constipation after stroke, which shows that traditional therapy has irreplaceable advantages in this field. This study could provide corresponding reference for clinical treatment.
