从“君火不主令”论“益火补土法”

    摘要:

    通过对《重广补注黄帝内经素问》《伤寒杂病论》《千金方》《外台秘要》《济生方》等医籍进行梳理,结合五运六气理论,认为“益火补土法”由补心阳生脾土到温补肾阳以助脾阳的转变是受五运六气理论(即王冰注解的“君火以明,相火以位”为君火不主令,以相火代之)的影响。六气中君火、相火二气的关系被引入到人体后,广大医家产生了何火以生脾土的思考;相火代行君火之令的出现,为相火生脾土提供了理论依据,推动了“益火补土法”由补心阳生脾土到温补肾阳以助脾阳的转变。

    Abstract:

    Through sorting out Chong Guang Bu Zhu HuangDi NeiJing SuWen and the later medical books such as and Shang Han Lun, Jin Gui Yao Lue, Qian Jin Fang, Wai Tai Mi Yao, Ji Sheng Fang, and combining the theory of Five Motions and Six Kinds of Qi in the Heaven and the Earth, Originally e Method of Reinforcing Fire to Strengthen Earth " meant warming heart yang to warm spleen (earth), while later it became a method to support spleen yang by warming and strengthening kidney yang. The reason is Five Motions and Six Kinds of Qi in the Heaven and the Earth ,Wang Bing annotated “Monarch-Fire only has a name, Minister-Fire keeps the position.” as “In terms of Fire Motion, Monarch-Fire only has a name but does not keep the position, while Minister-Fire keeps the position to exercise the power for Monarch-Fire.” Fire is divided into Monarch-Fire and Minister-Fire, and the theory of two fires into the human body makes the vast number of doctors think about which fire generating earth. It provides a theoretical basis for Minister-Fire generating earth and promote the transition of "The Method of Reinforcing Fire to Strengthen Earth" from warming heart yang to warm spleen (earth) to a method to support spleen yang by warming and strengthening kidney yang that “Minister-Fire keeps the position to exercise the power for Monarch-Fire”.
