in this paper, Professor MenChengfu"s experience in treating male infertility with Bushen Shengjing Huoxue recipe, the etiology and pathogenesis of male infertility is analyzed, and the theoretical basis for treatment of male infertility from the method of tonifying kidney, removing blood stasis and invigorating essence is expounded in detail. It is considered that male infertility is caused by deficiency of kidney, dampness and heat, phlegm and blood stasis, which is closely related to liver, spleen and kidney. From the dialectical treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis, this paper introduces the composition, function, main indications and medical records of Bushen Shengjing Huoxue recipe, and concludes that all cases of male infertility with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome can be treated with Bushen Shengjing Huoxue decoction plus or minus treatment.
