Abstract:Objective: to systematically analyze the therapeutic effect of cupping therapy on psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: using CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, CBM, PubMed, Cochrane Library and other databases, we searched the RCTs test of canning for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. The time limit of literature was from the establishment of the database to October 2019. 180 articles were searched. In addition, two assessors searched and screened the literature, and used Cochrane 5.1 evaluation manual to evaluate the quality and bias risk of the included literature, and used Revman 5.3 software to analyze the data of the included literature. Results: totally 640 psoriasis patients were included in 8 articles. According to the meta-analysis of the effective rate, the effective rate of the caning group was significantly higher than that of the control group (or = 4.60, 95% CI [2.73, 7.78], z = 5.71, P < 0.00001); the pais score of the caning group was significantly lower than that of the control group (MD = -2.77, 95% CI [- 3.92, - 1.61], z = 4.69, P < 0.00001). Conclusion: the effect of cupping therapy on psoriasis is better than that of other treatment methods, but the literature included is less, there is a certain bias, it still needs multi center, large sample double-blind clinical observation to verify its effectiveness and safety.
